Injection-molded plastic pallets are made from thermoplastic materials such as PE/PP, along with some performance-improving additives, through processes like injection molding and blow molding. At present, injection-molded pallets are the most produced type of plastic pallets in China. It has been widely applied in industries such as machinery, electronics, food, medicine and clothing.

The advantages of plastic pallets: In terms of corrosion resistance, plastic pallets are the best, followed by wooden pallets, and steel pallets are the worst. In terms of moisture resistance, material pallets perform exceptionally well. In terms of resistance to insect damage, steel pallets are the best, followed by plastic pallets. In terms of average lifespan, steel pallets and plastic pallets are evenly matched. In terms of load-bearing performance, steel pallets perform the best, while wooden pallets are relatively poor. In terms of performance, both plastic and steel pallets are superior to wooden pallets。

Plastic pallets can be classified by their appearance as follows:

1. Double-sided plastic pallets. Flat double-sided plastic pallet. Double-sided grid plastic pallet.

2. Single-sided plastic pallets. Flat nine-foot plastic pallet: Grid nine-foot plastic pallet. Flat grid plastic pallets: Grid plastic pallets. Flat cross-shaped plastic pallets: Grid cross-shaped plastic pallets.
