It provides unobstructed horizontal storage space, facilitating safe, efficient, and flexible mechanical loading and unloading of pipes, steel tubes, timber, and metal sheets. Key features and advantages: Unobstructed continuous storage—the design eliminates front uprights, allowing forklifts to move smoothly along the entire length of the rack, thereby significantly reducing handling times for extra-long materials.
Exceptional load-bearing capacity (structural steel option): Manufactured using high-quality, high-strength cold-rolled steel (roll-formed) or heavy-duty structural H-beams.
Customizable system design, with individual cantilever arm load capacities ranging from 500 kg to several tons.
Flexible, adjustable cantilever arms: Arms can be vertically adjusted along the uprights at fixed intervals (typically 75 mm).
Options available for straight arms (suitable for bundled materials and boxed goods) and inclined arms (suitable for pipes and cylindrical objects).
Double-sided configuration: Single-sided racks are suitable for installation against warehouse walls, whereas double-sided racks maximize storage density and allow forklifts to access goods from aisles on both the front and rear sides. Removable anti-slip stops (safety feature): Heavy-duty steel end stops can be fitted to each cantilever arm to prevent cylindrical or roll-shaped items—such as steel pipes, plastic pipes, and carpet rolls—from sliding off.
