一、 Structural Features
1.The column group (column section) consists of two cold-rolled steel columns connected to the cross braces and diagonal braces through high-strength nylon self-locking bolts to form a "section", which is overall impact-resistant and anti-loosening. The columns are punched first and then cold-bent to avoid stress concentration cracking. The double-row rhombic hole spacing is 50/75mm, allowing for free adjustment of the layer height multiple of 50/75mm.
Double C-shaped welded beam structure, with double the thickness of the upper and lower plates, is light in weight and has a large moment of inertia. After the column clamps at both ends are inserted into the columns, they are locked with safety pins with ears. Even under impact, they are not easy to fall off, and the safety factor is high.
3.Supporting accessories
Column foot guards, anti-collision guardrails, cross beams, steel layer plates, and guardrails can be added to enhance the anti-collision performance of forklifts and the stability of goods. However, the space utilization rate is approximately 30-50%, which is lower than that of through or shuttle dense storage.
三、Key points for selection and layout
1.First, determine the pallet: the dimensions (length × width × height), weight, and fork entry direction determine the length of the crossbeam and the spacing between the uprights.
2.Then calculate the load on each layer: Based on the maximum weight of the goods in a single layer and the self-weight of the pallet, select the appropriate specifications of the cross-sectional columns and beams.
3.Matching forklifts: Channel width ≥ "forklift minimum right-angle channel + 200mm", and verify the maximum lifting height.
4.Foundation and fire protection: For high-load-bearing or high-position schemes, the ground load-bearing capacity should be calculated, and space for fire sprinklers, lighting and ventilation should be reserved。
